We recently attended a District Conference in the Masbate District on Masbate Island. Masbate is one of two islands off the main island of Luzon where we have mission districts. Origionally we were planning to take one of the mission vans over to the island in the "Ro-Ro" wich stands for the "Roll-on Roll-Off car ferry but there was a mixup in the ferry times so we had to take the fast craft passanger boat to the island and travel arround the island by Tricee.

We were disapointed because we had hoped to visit the apartments on Masbate but were unable to do so because we did not have a car. Oh well. Maybe next time ...if we have another opportunity to visit Masbate.
